This newly added hike takes you on an adventure that begins in the area of Ejutla de Crespo, located 60km south of Oaxaca city. After taking the Federal Highway, we will turn “off-the beaten track” to arrive at“El Vado”, the starting point of our hike. We will walk along the banks of the Serrano River, putting us upclose to the great ancient Sabino trees. In addition to breathing fresh air in this nature setting, we will seecanyons full of cacti and wild agaves, many species of birds, and sources of crystal clear and very freshwater. This is a beautiful area that few visitors get to explore.
Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit in case you’d like to take a dip!

If you brought hiking shoes on your trip, you should consider wearing them. ➡️ Swimsuit if you would like to swim in the natural pools. There are NO dressing rooms in this place.
